Track sending progress live, review sending logs, retry failed recipients, export campaign statistics to PDF or Excel, and use backup/restore to protect your work.
Your data, accounts and sending workflow
Core campaign data is stored locally on your PC. Send through a compatible SMTP service, including Amazon Simple Email Service (SES), or use the supported Microsoft 365 / Outlook sign-in and Gmail SMTP options.
Use SendMailer Pro for customer updates, onboarding emails, personalized documents, invitations, confirmations and project follow-ups. Your provider’s sending limits and requirements still apply.
Keep contact lists organized in folders and reuse saved templates for future campaigns.
Preview does not send a message. Send Test sends a real email. Scheduled campaigns need the app and computer running with an available connection. The app does not include open or click tracking.

Optional monitoring with Amazon SES
With separate AWS configuration, SES can provide delivery, bounce and spam-complaint monitoring. SendMailer Pro keeps local campaign records and sending logs; AWS monitoring results are reviewed outside the app and are not automatically imported into it.
SES is optional and requires your own AWS account and setup. AWS limits and charges are separate from the SendMailer Pro license. Read about sending results and SES monitoring.
