SendMailer Pro is a Windows desktop app for personalized mail merge, campaign management, and recipient-specific document delivery through your own email accounts.
It is designed for businesses, consultants, teams, schools, associations, and service providers that need to send personalized email and documents at scale while keeping control of their workflow.
Yes. SendMailer Pro sends through the email accounts you configure in the app. It is not a hosted newsletter platform that requires you to move your contact database into a third-party campaign service.
SendMailer Pro supports standard SMTP, Microsoft 365 / Outlook sign-in, and Gmail SMTP.
You can import contacts from XLSX, XLS, CSV, and TXT files.
Use a header row with one contact per row, map the email column to E-mail, and map the fields you want to use in your template. After import, check that the intended contacts are active. The contact import and personalization example includes a CSV file and the exact mapping.
Yes. You can use merge fields in both the subject and the message body, then preview the result before sending.
The email template personalization example shows two contacts and the text each should see. Check that the fields in your template match the fields in your contact list.
Yes. SendMailer Pro can generate recipient-specific PDF, Word, or text attachments from your templates and contact data.
Yes. Generated PDF and Word attachments can be protected with recipient-specific passwords taken from a field in your contact list.
Yes. You can preview templates with merged contact data before sending. Previewing an email template does not send an email.
If the preview reports no active contacts, select the intended contacts in the list and activate them. Follow the preview example with two contacts to check the result.
Send Test is a separate action that sends a real email to the selected test contact. Check the recipient and the message content before using it.
Yes. You can send immediately or schedule for later, control the interval between messages, and assign one or more sending accounts in your chosen order.
For scheduled sending, keep SendMailer Pro running and your Windows PC awake and connected to the internet. Scheduling runs in the desktop app, so a campaign cannot start while the app is closed or the PC is asleep. Your email provider’s authentication rules and sending limits still apply.
SendMailer Pro shows live progress, logs sending results, supports pause and resume, and lets you retry failed recipients. It can also stop using an account after repeated errors.
No. Core work data such as contacts, templates, and campaign records is stored locally on your PC. Email is sent through your selected provider.
No. The current desktop app focuses on personalized sending, document generation, campaign control, logs, and reports. It does not include built-in open or click tracking.
Email-based unsubscribe links can be added without extra web infrastructure. Automated unsubscribe-by-link workflows require your own web endpoint or server-side handling.
It supports larger personalized campaigns and multi-account sending controls, but it is designed for responsible, permission-based communication. Your email provider’s authentication rules, sending limits, and policies still apply.
No. SendMailer Pro is sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license and free updates.
