Your files and local processing

HeatMapster processes imported files and analyses locally on your Windows PC. Projects and exported files are saved to locations you choose and may contain the underlying data. Review their contents before sharing them.

Uninstalling the application does not delete source files, projects or exports you saved outside its application data folders. Delete those files separately when you no longer need them.

Application analytics and diagnostics

HeatMapster uses Microsoft App Center Analytics and Crashes for application usage statistics and crash diagnostics. Technical reports may include application and operating-system versions, device information and details about an error. Network requests to these services include an IP address. This diagnostic processing is separate from the local import, analysis and export of your datasets.

Usage statistics and diagnostic reports help DefinedBytes understand how the application is used and investigate reliability problems. This policy does not describe these reports as guaranteed anonymous.
