2. Acceptable use
You agree to use SendMailer Pro in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam and privacy laws.
You must only email recipients where you have permission or another lawful basis to contact them.
You must not use the app to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to distribute malware.

3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your recipient lists, message content, and compliance with your email provider’s policies and applicable laws.

4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
DefinedBytes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

5. Microsoft Store terms
Purchases, licensing, and refunds are handled by Microsoft Store and subject to Microsoft’s terms and policies.
